Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard and Discover. We also accept payment using the secure online services of Pay Pal.
A Pay Pal account is not neccessary to use this service.
Q: How long does it take before I will receive my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. Usually 5 - 7 business days.
Be sure to check your "junk" or "spam box".
Q: How can I be notified when new products are available?

Q: What is your return policy?
MedicatedPainRelief.com will replace merchandise that is determined to be damaged, or for any errors made in shipping.
Q: What method of shipping do you use?
We ship all orders by way of UPS or USPS. We will determine the best method to use based on your order. If you have a preference in your shipping method, please note on your order in the "Special Notes" section of the order form.
